Brief Overview of Program:
- Enhancing Early Childhood implements the Pinal Regional Early Learning Systems Change Strategy. The “Learn Together, Grow Together” program is a comprehensive early childhood workforce development program designed to increase the number of well-prepared early childhood educators in Pinal County.
- The mission of Enhancing Early Childhood is to collaborate with communities in designing and implementing comprehensive systems that enhance the early childhood workforce.
- Our team provides a range of services designed to enhance professional development and coaching in the early childhood sector. We provide career navigation support, workforce development, educator engagement, and professional learning opportunities.
Ages Served /Eligibility Requirements:
- Enhancing Early Childhood serves early childhood educators, high school and college students, program directors and educational leaders, and community members.
- There are no age requirements or fees to program participants.

- Create Partnerships- By building trust, listening to community goals and needs, and identifying resources and supports, Enhancing Early Childhood creates community connections and ensures all voices are represented when decisions are being made.

- Enhancing Early Childhood engages a diverse group of professionals who are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our bilingual outreach specialist is available to assist Spanish speaking community members in accessing services.
